Master bathroom full remodel and repair of second bathroom that has faucet protruding from wall.

Master bathroom Space is roughly 6x10. Would like to increase size of bathroom by removing wall and closet that are in master bedroom. Would like to instal larger tub with jets, heated floor, new overhead fan and potentially larger sink area.

Second bathroom just needs new faucets installed as the ones in the tub there are protruding from the wall and allowing water down the back of it.
